Returns–

We hope you are pleased with your purchase, but if the item is really not suitable we are happy to accept a return as long as we are informed within 7 days of you receiving your order and the item is sent back in its original packing and in a saleable condition.

Please state your contact details, order number and reason for returning. If you are returning goods because they are damaged faulty or wrongly sent please contact us first as we will provide you with a returns label free of charge.

For health and safety reasons we will not accept for return  makeup items. We will not accept for return any item which is no longer in a saleable condition unless goods were found to be defective on arrival.
